Back in 1998, Lee Etherington discovered the Wild Hibiscus Flower entirely by chance during a dinner party with his friends. The flower initially served as a garnish for dessert, until Lee added the wildflower to his glass of champagne. The effect surprised him: the soft red flower started to glide gracefully to the bottom, the petals being surrounded by bubbles.

Lee spent four years working with growers to develop the perfect flower, creating Wild Hibiscus: a playful and eye-catching addition to your aperitif.
